Our team participated in the final round of the Youth Innovative Idea Student Entrepreneurship Challenge and was honored with the "Best Creative Idea Award", along with a cash prize of NT$15,000.
A team called DZLT consisting of four students from our school's Department of Electronic Engineering, supervised by Professor Zhong Ming'an, designed a "Temperature, Humidity, and Weather Warning APP" and participated in the Youth Beautiful Idea Student Entrepreneurship Challenge. They successfully made it to the top eight in the fierce competition and won the "Best Creativity Award" in the finals, along with a prize of 15,000 New Taiwan dollars.
To address the difficulties in cultivating agricultural talent and the vulnerability of crops to weather conditions, DZLT designed the "Temperature, Humidity, and Weather Warning APP". Its main function is to collect and integrate the best environmental values for crops through big data and convey the integrated data through a graphical interface on the APP, providing emerging agricultural talent with the correct concepts of planting. For older farmers, the "Temperature, Humidity, and Weather Warning APP" will provide warnings through floating notifications, eliminating the need for them to actively monitor weather forecasts at all times.
